Multivitamin Complete capsules from Weider contain all 13 essential vitamins, as well as important minerals and carefully selected phytonutrients such as pine bark and grape extract. We have used only the highest quality and most bioavailable compounds. For example, we use a 50/50 blend of synthetic and natural vitamin E (mixed tocopherols) and we use the active form of vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin). Our multivitamin also contains the active forms of vitamins B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) and K2 (menaquinone-7).
