HOW TO USE GLUTAMINE XPLODE POWDER

Mix 1 serving (10 gr of powder - 20 units of measure = ½ Olimp spoon or 1 teaspoon) with 200 ml of water. Take once a day, before breakfast, after training or before going to bed.
