Recommended use:

Use a single serving of the product - 15 ml (1 tablespoon) 3 times a day.

Training days: 1 portion 30 min. before first meal, 2 portions 30 min. before training.

Non-training days: 1 portion 30 min. before first meal, 2 portions 30 min. before main meal.

Do not use for more than three months. Shake well before use.
