Collagen hydrolysate (76.4%); capsule shell (gelatin; colorants - titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides); sodium hyaluronate (3.5%); vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) (2.5%); anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Recommended use :

A single serving of the product - 2 capsules - to be swallowed with 300 ml of water.

Take 2 portions a day, preferably immediately after a meal.
