1. BCAA - delays the feeling of exhaustion and fatigue caused by physical effort Leucine - stimulates the synthesis of muscle fibers (J. Nutr. February 2006 vol. 136 n° 2 533S-537S). During a physical effort, the energy level of the cell decreases, in order to facilitate the production of energy for work. BCAA XPLODE POWDER ENERGY contains caffeine, not recommended for children and pregnant women (caffeine content: 150 mg/ 1 portion). Not recommended for adolescents. Do not consume more than 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources or more than 200 mg of caffeine at a time.
